Privacy policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information.

We store all information securely on our site. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, personal and business address, telephone number, mailing address, and email address.

The information you provide us is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

We may share your information, only as necessary, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground operators, local tour companies, sponsors and other vendors.

Reservation Policies

Warranty Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No Arrival Policy:

In case of No Arrival, one night's stay will be charged.

Extra person policy:

The charge for an extra person in the Executive Suite is $150.00 MXN.

Minors Policy:

Children up to 11 years old are considered. Children from 12 years old will be charged as an adult; 2 Children under 12 years old can share the room with 2 adults.

Pet Policy:

Excuse me, pets are not accepted.

Oversell Policy:

In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel, at its own expense, will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than those benefits originally contracted.

The Hotel will pay one night including taxes in a similar Hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.

The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
